Doesn't cover how we work at work
Doesn't help in directing lorries into heavy two way traffic (on your own???)also a pedestrian crossing on the exit has been newly added…. So still not confident in stopping traffic to allow lorries to do so…. Even in a hi viz jacket!!!! Although I passed at 100 pent… A lot is not relevant at the garden centre … Don't feel confident enough until shown on a practical level as regards to extremely busy main road

Good basic course
For those new to Banksman skills this is a good basic 1st course. It covers the main skills needed to operate safely. The test I found quite easy and hence our company raised the pass mark from the standard 60% to 100%.
A well worthy course
Excellent refresher. Although some parts are not appurtaining to our business, it does no harm to learn them/
very clear and easy to follow.
