A very informative and well put together course. A good use of images, videos and pictures. Well explained scenarios. User friendly.

Actually very informative
I've never even heard of banksman before so this was really informative and quite interesting . Some things when thought about are basic common sense but other bits really made me think.

Very easy to follow and learn more that I didn't know
Time consuming
All the information required could have been put into a couple of paragraphs explaining with a few videos to use as reference. There was no need to force employees to watch unnecessary videos without a skip option considering as a testing operative I park cars in spaces and help the general public with the process.
