Very clear and well presented.
The presentation is very good and clear however I am not sure one of the questions is correct and if it is then it is not very well worded.
A really good refresher
By no means does this replace the real thing, (which is far more complex than it looks on paper), but it was well worth doing as a back up. In a real situation there is a lot to think about simultaneously and no online course can replace it. But thank you, yes it was excellent.

Over the past 20 years i have seen lots of companies adapt there own hand signals for different Banksman tasks this is quite common.

Great insight on maneuvers for beginners with great additional knowledge.
Banksman Training
I have been through the banksman training course. It is aimed largely at construction sites rather than reversing lorries but is good at showing the signals and better than the practical training for this. It is also good for explaining the responsibilities of the banksman and covered this in more detail than the practical training. I don't think the practical training added anything not covered in this course except for physically seeing a person do the task. However it is emphasised during the course that it is more of a refresher and not a substitute for practical training and employers should confirm a persons competence by practical training. I suppose it depends on whether it is a legal requirement for people to be trained as banksmen when reversing lorries on a garden centre, in which case practical training and assessment would be needed, or that it is good practice to be trained but without being a leg

Wow! this training is absolutely very detailed and content well delivered in a clear simplistic manner thereby making the learning process very engaging and meaningful. Keep up the good work and I would recommend this training to anyone looking forward to pursue Banksman Essential Training Cours.
