Essential for those who are out of date
I am a former license committee member and went through many training courses and sat on the bench for a number of years. This course has been a much needed advancement especially where ID is concerned.

video wasn't too boring but there was a LOT of information, often repeated in various sections, it could be condensed and made easier to watch without having to click every 30 seconds to keep it going. which made it take even longer

Why do you have to listen to every bit when some sections you know. I would rather have had a chance to listen to the parts I did not know more and be able to skip the ones I do
It could of been more in-depth
It ticks all the boxes but could of been more in-depth as to information and questions, I hold a license and had to do alit more to obtain that. Other than that good

Seems well structured and thought through. 1 error – you can have the designed premises supervisor dis-applied (at least in Wales).
Very informative.
This training programme is and excellent way to train employees about working in licensed premises. There is a small issue about the glitch/on the speach of the trainer.
