Useful, but…
A good course in the main, but a few points that seem somewhat unrealistic – it seems hard to believe that a bomb threat caller would willingly give their name, address and telephone number during the call. Similarly, might a bomb package really feature a 'return address'?! Those suggestions were a shame, as they slightly dampened the credibility of an otherwise informative module.

Precise and easy to process.
The short clips made it easier to process the information as it was simple and precise. The highlighting on the words when reading the transcripts was a useful addition.
