Good course but has some glaring problem
In the infographics for the Bomb threat video it uses multiple times a silhouette of a ‘terrorist’. This is clearly of Asian origin and most people would associate it with the Taliban and or ISIS,I have flagged it because for a good few years now it has been the case that the highest threat of a terrorist incident comes from the homegrown far-right, not the Asian population. While obviously there is still a threat from ISIS or similar using a picture that is very suggestive of them does in fact reinforce incorrect and racist stereotypes.
Concise and easy to understand
All the important stuff seems to be covered. Not too long or boring. Someone with common sense could probably pass the test without really concentrating too hard on the video is my only critisism.
Very good information!

Succint and clear
Very clearly set out and pitched at the appropriate pace. Could benefit from the speakers words being written on each slide to assist the hard of hearing and revision by any trainee
