Thought was a very worthwhile course to take. Very informative and the direct learning was good. The shortness of the course made it easier to learn and understand and feel allowed the better outcome of the test

You seriously think people will remember what to ask a caller who is warning of a bomb threat? This may have been relevant in the 70's but not so much now.
