Went into detail on how to deal with bully and harassment through the complete process.
I felt it was very formative
Overall, I felt the course provided a good overview of bullying, harassment and inappropriate workplace behaviours. In terms of sexual harassment, the training did specifically cover: What constitutes sexual harassment Examples of inappropriate behaviour and conduct The impact sexual harassment can have on individuals and workplace culture Manager responsibilities in recognising and addressing concerns The importance of reporting, responding appropriately and maintaining professional boundaries The course also highlighted the importance of creating a safe and respectful working environment and ensuring concerns are taken seriously and managed appropriately. I felt the sexual harassment content was included clearly throughout the training rather than being treated as a separate topic, which helped reinforce its importance within wider workplace conduct and safeguarding responsibilities.

A very helpful and informative training
I had a lot of gaps in my knowledge of bullying and sexual harassment. The training was very useful in giving me a better grasp of defining, preventing and dealing with these issues in our organization.
