The questions posed throughout the clips are poorly placed and detract from the learning
The focus should be on the final test, rather than inserting questions throughout the clips which in some cases precede the necessary information to be able to answer them. The final test questions are repetitive and fail to recap the majority of topics covered in the training clips.

This module would have been better if split into smaller bite size chapters this course took 45 mins and would have been better split into 3 sections of 15 minutes

A bit on the long side.
As a manager, there was nothing new and most is common sense. It's not something that is an everyday occurrence, except in very large organisations so maybe a good referral tool and a check against existing policies and procedures.
Two courses in one
Really this course should be split. Part one is good on bullying and the consequences. Part two is an excellent guide on how to conduct a grievance hearing( split it out and use it as a separate module). But the link to bullying for part two is a bit remote
