I liked the course as it taught me a couple things I never knew

Easy to use and quick to do. Short clips gives learner time to absorb learning before moving on.

I now know the actual difference between bullying and harrasment which I didn't know before. A simple yet effective video which taught me a lot.

The content was very clear and informative. Some excellent examples were given to illustrate the difference between bullying and harassment. Really helpful to have tips to support people who are facing bullying and/or harassment in the workplace. One thing that I have extremely frustrating is having to press the next button and then also press play on the slide. As someone who experiences work related musculoskeletal disorder, this just adds another layer of mouse work, which I found uncomfortable but also frustrating. I would prefer to be able to either read the whole transcript in one go or play the session from the start and just interact as and when required to complete the short tests within the presentations. Thank you for the informative content.
