Awarded a 4 star rating because of videos freezing on three o cassions.
On three occassions the videos were freezing and had tk restart the videos. Overall the training course is well presented and easy to follow and understand.
Really good and insightful
Really good and informative. Some of the information which now seems obvious didn't beforehand. Enjoyed the different scenarios too which you can easily relate to.

Generally good apart from Environmental Awareness
The Environmental Awareness section was poor, waste is only one category of environmental impact. I'd expect an awareness piece to zoom out to inform the viewer about the concepts of environmental protection and the variety of categories within it
