Really useful and informative
I found this course really useful as it provides great ways to connect as a mentor and coach. Although some suggestions are common sense there are others that are inspiring – instead of hiding your mistakes be more transparent. Thank you,

Nice to get a refresh on the difference between coaching and mentoring
Well presented, easily understandable, easy bite sizes throughout the subject
A good video helping to understand the difference between 'coaching' and 'mentoring' So my understanding is that coaching teaching over a set period of time and mentoring is walking with the 'mentee' on a journey of learning.
