Good summary of the basics
Too basic, not very relevant to being part of a group meeting (as opposed to a one-on-one conversation or being the person presenting), and patronising. But the basics that were covered were relevant, true and clearly explained, so it could be a lot worse! There were no exercises, quizes or things to try, which made it harder to remember any of it.
