I found the short videos quite straight forward and easy to understand.

Fine I guess, but too slow.
The first time I watched through these my feeling is that, while a bit twee, they were well produced and in some cases quite interesting. Being forced to watch through them a second time, I found myself very bored going over old material. It would be good to be able to speed up the video/speech, and/or pause the video, read through the transcript in about a third of the time, then answer the (generally pretty easy) questions. Unable to do this, I found my mind wandering to other tasks. Fortunately we had a quiet night shift – for a company with no specific quiet periods I reckon the sluggish pace of the videos would amount to a large amount of wasted employee time, with resultant costs. The quizzes are mainly common sense (although to be fair so are the regs) so its difficult to tell whether scoring high reflects actual learning of the material or not.
