Information dumping
It was ok, I was able to pick it all up, however it is very long and couldn't hold my attention for that length of time due to the amount if information it was telling you. Even though it gave all the relevant information. It could have been better to have some slides, then question, then more slides and more questions instead of a lot of information and one large test at the end. Even though it is pretty straight forward and common sense, it would have been better to follow in short bursts

Clear speaking instructor, well explained and at a pace that is not boring, a good re-freasher for all to do.

As much as i dislike training with tests at the end this was very enjoyable even with a memory like a sieve i managed a very pleasant experience.
