Eminently forgettable
The transcripts are a boon – the videos are a waste of time, with too much general and generic verbiage. Focusing on what is really important to know would make this more than just a box-ticking exercise.

Easy to access and delivered clearly.
I found the method of delivery in short sections; with options to review and additional, detailed, written materials, very helpful. The delivery was clear and concise, each area covered was easy to understand. I can see no need to change this presentation, it succeeds in all areas.
