The information was concise and easy to understand. The presenter delivered the required information in a professional, non-monotone manner, which made the course easy to follow. The test at the end was of sufficient rigour but unambiguous, so it was fair.

I have only one small critique about one of the graphics. Where on one occasion disposal of a substance is demonstrated as throwing the item through a glass window. Not that anyone would be prompted to do that, but it did seem a little extreme
Clear and concise and easy to follow.
Well presented and easy to follow training. Appropriate use of video training to cover all aspects of COSHH training.. Exam was clear and accessible. Found myself engaging throughout the training.
