A very well easy to use and understand method of training.

This was a generally helpful course! Much of it was common sense, but it was all very interesting nevertheless. I liked the bit about where the phrase Mad Hatter comes from. I took this course because I handle our toner recycling program, which the video mentions once and then never again. I am still unaware of what hazardous material I might be exposed to while preparing the empty toner cartridges for shipment.

Very good clear information. Trainer was interesting and the slides were clever and clear to back up what she was saying. The lengths on the slides and sessions were good meaning you could take a break if needed and not feel lost in the middle of information.

This is a great way to complete training as it can be done during a working shift. Easy to access and getting the certificate instantly is satisfying.
