Easy to access and excellent advice on password protection (as a result of this course I am now changing all passwords)

Tests can make me feel a little anxious sometimes. However, I found this to be really easy to follow, to work at my own pace, to go back and repeat sections, and not intimidating at all, ( which some can be)

Clear, concise training. Like the ability to be able to revisit slides and transcripts.

The video presentation was very professional and included some quality graphics which helped to add interest and understanding. Each section was short and concise so it was easy to stop and start if necessary and each section had a useful summary slide. Test questions were relevant to the learning.
