Great training because the examples are practical and realistic.
This training gave me the insight that I did not realise I needed. Excellent training and I actually found it enjoyable, and easy to follow and understand.
It was an informative training
I have had an informative training about the security and personal safety when using the different links and internet every day at work and in public places. It helped me to understand how to be protected from alienate messages which we receive via emails on the mobile phones and computers.
A very useful reminder and update on IT security matters.

Detailed and helpful.
The only thing that surprised me on this course was when the fake IT technician was allowed entry after just showing her potentially fake ID – I'd have thought you'd recommend asking an external tech who'd asked them to come, & getting that person to come & sign them in.
