If we are being forced to deal with this crxp could we at least jump to just the questions and bypass the totally boring actor presenting it with his inane drivel

Straightforward and informative
Good clear information about how to keep your devices and information safe from possible cyber attacks, both in the work place and at home etc. Safely disposing of data and the use of strong passwords, plus how it is everyone's responsibility to ensure good cyber security.
Nicely broken down for ease of learning.
Well presented information,in manageable chunks.It is very handy to be able to pause the course at any given moment,and revisit sections you didn't fully understand straight away.For someone like myself who's been away from I.T. for a while ,it is the perfect way to reconnect and remind.
