Really excellent – very comprehensive.

So good I am going to recommend it to a trust board and my business.

Informative

The subjects were very informative and kept short so the participant wouldn't lose interest. Having questions to answer throughout the presentation as well as at the end was also very good.

Clear and well presented

I found it very helpful to have small (short) videos that could be watched or re-watched individually. I am a bit surprised that my attention was good for only a few minutes – at most! and that these were in very manageable 'bites'. Clear. Also good learning to see a neutral background and minimal use of additional visual content. The training highlighted for me a few things I need to improve.

Excellent awareness course

This course is really great to make people aware of how cyber criminals work and the lengths they go to, to try to gain sensitive information or create havoc with company/all computer systems they target. It definitely taught me a few things I did not realise could be an issue.

Informative.

An easy to follow and very informative course. Course content laid out clearly and well presented.

Question 17 says answer is wrong

Q17; How can you easily check where a link will actually take you without endangering your system? Answer B: "you can't" —incorrect. With any meta forwarding or xss even legitimate urls can instantly forward you on to an undesirable/unknown location. Bottom line is you cannot know until you follow the link. Therefore the correct answer is simply, you cannot, yet this is marked as incorrect?
