It is a good reminder
Stops people using outdated knowledge, which is easy to do, good course.
Useful course
Interesting course and a good reminder of correct procedures.
Great videos; lots of additional content
All in all a great course with good quality videos, engaging presenter, good quality additional content and very easy to navigate. Really enjoyed the course. by way of constructive criticism – took a lot longer than 39 minutes, so perhaps advertise that it will take about 1 to 1.5 hours to complete and consider all material provided, as otherwise it is misleading. Good summaries. Did not enjoy that once you go "back" you have to replay the entire video and cannot skip forwards. This wastes a bit of time. can you fix it so a cookie is placed that alerts the system that a user has watched the video (so the "next" button is not greyed out).
Very good
I thought the training was very useful
Good quick short clips and quiz
To improve this I think the clip time of 20+ minutes could be reduced as some of the information is covered more than once or for longer than is necessary in my view. Good format though with interaction required throughout with questions thrown in and a quiz at the end.
It is structured well and to the point.
the Awareness training has been set out in a way that it keeps you interested in the videos. It makes you think throughout with a few quickfire questions in between and a 20 question test at the end. It covers all of the bases and the additional bits of information really complete the picture.
Good awareness training
Good training course. Covered most areas required. Would have liked to know more about 'Cookies'? Felt in the test some of the answers i could of given multiple answers rather than just one. Glad i received the course.
Concise, relevant, easily digestible, re
I think it does what it says on the tin and as we have cyber essentials as an accreditation it is also very relevant. It makes you stop think and learn and the focus of a test at the end means you do concentrate on the content and learning rather than FF to the end.
A Useful Reminder
It is very easy to think that most of the content is common sense, and for an experienced computer user, it probably is, but it never hurts to be reminded of the less obvious ways breaches can occur.
Informative
Very good content and useful information for all to reference if unsure of who to speak to or actually what to do if you suspect unsafe content has been sent in a mail etc.
