Great reminder and top tips
This was a very good reminder of all the ways that cyber security could be breached. The advice on passwords was particularly helpful. I'm surprised they didn't mention the ctrl alt delete method of locking your screen when you walk away from your computer.
Wrong demographic for me/irrelevant
All of the points raised in this 'training' are common sense for anybody who is remotely computer literate or under the age of 40.
Good training
The training was very well laid out and easy to understand, I thought the test at the end could have been a little more challenging, I do understand that people are at different levels of competency and that this is aimed at the average employee but otherwise it was a good test to take

Very good course well presented
Good well presented course easily followed and understood. Not at to high a level for people to grasp the main points. Would recommend this to organisations.
good but access very difficult at times
The course was good, but, first of all I could not access it because my work system works through Citrix. I had to send the link to my home email and deal there. The link says it is available for 24 hours but that is incorrect: it allows access once only and then another link in had to be requested by email, which went to my work address and then I had to send to my home address. All in all, very cumbersome – and time-consuming!
