Frustratingly slow, as you have to listen rather than reading the transcript. This put me off and meant I dipped out to do other things rather than being able to do it at my own speed.

Great course with a clear insight to cyber security.

The course is well structured and relatively easy to follow in both language and technical aspects. The examples are excellent however I would suggest more examples should be provided to reinforce message in exercising vigilance at all times. Also, more content should be given to appropriate actions in addition to basic message of 'reporting it' i.e. blocking senders etc.

easy to use but because I have to use the subtitles (mic doesn't work on my laptop), it would help if a little more Time was given so that subtitles could be read and video could be watched without having to rush through. I read the subtitles and by that time the video has moved on, hence the 4 stars instead of 5 stars.. Other than that all is good.

Found course very well delivered, very informative and easy to understand. Excellent course as usual.

Done it once. Could not see the point of doing a refesher

A very good course; clear, comprehensive and well-paced with concise sections, interspersed with visuals illustrating the various points and quick questions which helped check your understanding along the way.
