Good overview
Good general overview, much of it is common sense but I learnt some useful things too. Couple of points: – Question 19 in the test isn't very good – the answers of 'human error' (correct) and 'confidence tricks' are both key causes, depends how you look at it; – Section at the end encouraging employees to actively report other staff who may be disgruntled or unhappy was a bit aggressive and over the top in my view. Yes cyber-security is important but we need to consider other people a bit more than that – we don't want to enforce good security at the cost of a 'Big Brother' society do we? Would hardly generate good staff morale? Otherwise good!

Plenty of detailed information
I have been in IT since 1990 so have experience but still good to know the current rules, precautions and legislation.
Clear and straightforward but a bit basi
Although this course is easy to use it would have been useful if it could have been more relevant to the higher education sector, not just commercial companies. We have some specific cyber security issueich were not addressed. It was a bot too basic.
Clear and concise
This course re-emphasised much of the security issues and methods that I have learnt over the years, and successfully brings home the importance of all of us to ensure we follow the advice
straightforward and clear

Informative, but long
Contains a lot of information that I would expect to be common knowledge, and 37 minutes of being talked at did not provide much further insight
Security upgrade
Great informative and enlightening. Food for thought going forward with computer use and office security
