Simple and useful training
A reasonably concise and simple training tool that can be delivered at all levels in a company. It contains some obvious, and less obvious reminders of things we can all do to help keep company and personal IT systems safe from attack.

Slow and dull.
Videos just very slowly read out what could have been read as text by the attendees in a few minutes. Many short video clips did not help encourage actually watching which I assume was the goal.
A useful reminder of the essentials
It's best not to labour this type of training – a little and often is better than lengthy and detailed in cases like this. The risks are pretty obvious, but updates on new threats and what to look out for are good to see.
