Needs more flexibility
I usually read the transcript which I finish quicker than the time it takes the video to finish – we weren't allowed to click onto the next section until the video finished however, making the module take longer.
The questions in the test were too easy.
Good however I believe the test questions at the end were very simplistic and not a good measure of how well a student has learned & paid attention to the learning material.

Ok, interface not so professional
Good content but have to say that the course tries to encourage staff to look out for electronic material that doesn’t look legitimate Рthe interface for this course including the use of poorly formatted and outdated SLR branding at first glance didn’t look legitimate to me. I would like to see that improved

learned alot
over all the training has been well put together with the inclusion of graphics and role playing, also presenters were very clear on the subjects
