It's basic, and takes too long
This course covers the basics – which is important. But many people are already familiar with these. So having to sit through a series of videos rather than reading through the information at your own pace makes it a very frustrating experience! People are less likely to want to engage with this kind of important training, especially when they have busy day jobs, if they feel their time is being wasted.
