It explained things simply. It highlighted the problems with email attachments, memory sticks and allowing anyone, not known to have access to any part of the computer system; and the necessity for secure passwords

An informative coarse with plenty to think about. You do require time away from your work to concentrate on this and not get disturbed by phone calls whilst completing the test.
