This is a good course. Even for someone who thinks he already knows it all, its a good refresher.
Good course
Should be split into segments of 10 mins with tests after every 10 mins. That way, you can do it in sections when you have time, rather than dedicating a full 40 mins at once (its difficult as you get lots of interruptions).

Very good and informative. Everyone starting at any company that relies on internet working should go through this short awareness course.

Good course as it confirms what you already know and shows you other security issues that I did not realise. I will be able to look out for and do what is required to stop or report and issues I think is a problem to the people who can take action to combat any problems about security.
