Important & necessary
It’s an important issue that all employees & employers need to take notice of. The course is well presented and long enough to get the aim across but not laboured to put people off. It’s very easy to forget that people have hidden disabilities and assume we are all the same. Being respectful at work is very important at all levels no matter what you do. An inclusive work place can only be an advantage to everyone.
