A very informative course, updated since I last took the course and a great reminder that this is needed to keep us all aware of our responsiblities to understand each other.

Thought provoking and comprehensive
Well paced and thorough. The presenters were clear and concise. I particularly liked the emphasis on kindness and consideration. The "sixty second" exercise I will use into the future. Enjoyable and challenging. I have undertaken a number of similar courses and this is probably the best.

Great wee course
Good and straightforward explanations to the differences of classifications, very helpful
