Good refresher
Having had many driving courses over the years, this was a good refresher, and reminder of the new Highway Code changes.

The course was easy to follow and informative and reminded me of the importance of avoiding complacency and maintaining a high level of awareness when driving.

waste of time
Waste of time and money, not transferable to any other business or licence another layer on the eLearning onion, another manager having an idea to add to someone who's job he or she has no part of, a reason no one wants to work in care anymore, take a look at how huge their eLearning portfolio has become, stick to basic, what is needed not what your staff want to add, keep it simple stupid KISS, dont fix what is not broken, I had 14 years of eLearning in another industry, I had a wife in tears trying to complete one of these courses that was glitched and could not be completed, I have no love for eLearning, it should be quick, uncomplicated and NECCESSARY for the work and transferable to other employment to stop staff having to redo the same courses under a different company, eLearning should not be something to employ another member of staff on a large wage!
