Excellent providing practical advIce
The course provides practical indicators to improve an appreciation of the distractions and risks associated with driving for work including braking distances, telephone and sat nav use, driving whilst tired and other common risk factors.

Does what it says on the “tin” a good refresher for things I already knew and some I didn’t, so persevere with it most people will get something out of it, worth the time spent doing it.
