Was my first much online course, preferred this than a class room style course.
Frustrating to not be able to go forward
Felt some of the slide were to long and could have been merged together without losing the information needed
It was a little long winded!
I think it needs to be a little more concise and for the test not to be focused on too many stats as most people will not remember or require the use of them

Most of it wasn't relevant to my job but some good general driving advice.Difficult to do on reception as it was all talking !
