Excellent training
The videos in this training session helped alot to get the point across. Having a training session where you are only reading alot of text can be tiresome.
A tried and tested DSE training video
It's a well paced, clearly articulated training video with good examples of good and bad practice, along with explanations behind the guidance.
It taught me a lot about having a safe work station.
I hadn’t realised the importance of eyes and breaks and screen use. It was very useful.

VERY WELL NARRATED AND EXPLAINED
Very informative and well presented. Although most is common knowledge it does highlight to you what you should be doing everyday.

All is good with words and visual images for one to clearly understand and view.
For me to have fully passed, I should have repeatedly watched the clip that was giving more information for a longer length of time.
