Could have been more inclusive
I think the course was overall fine. I think the acting and actual videos and graphics were pretty good, and the quizzes were fair. The only things I would improve upon are: the captions, inclusivity, and technical interfacing. Sometimes the captions didn't match up with what was being said in the video/what was listed in the transcript. I also think there could have been more inclusivity/diversity shown for people who work different kinds of jobs, such as more active ones, or they might sit in a chair differently, or have different physical needs than a standard standing straight up pose. I also wanted to be able to watch the video on 2x speed, or have the ability to watch it at 0.5 speed if I wanted to, so I wish that was an option. I also wished we could have used the scrubber bar to move around in the video forwards and backwards, not just backward. It seemed to jump every time I tried to move it, so it was difficult to use.

Quite basic
This training was quite basic and simply reinforces common sense in my view. However, not all people have comment sense so I guess that is why this training exists.
