Good course like the others but it seemed more focussed on people working in healthcare professions such as carers rather than office workers

this course is so educating

I found the course quite good, a good refresher course, alot of it was common sense but good up clarify that the resident have to make their own decisions! Or aleast be guided in the right direction to make the right choice! The course was quite informative about that and showed us when we may need to take the next step to get their mental capacity assessed!

I enjoy this session

Very well set out and organised module. I feel more confident o do my job equipped with this knowledge. Bit disappointed that the links relating to the different safely policies such as Cossh, RIddor etc did not take me to the correct information, merely back to the start of the presentation.
