A good recap for a new starter to Cycling UK not used to hybrid working however perhaps needs updating
I personally found the course useful as since the return to offices after the pandemic I have mostly been office based. So setting up an office in my spare room is new for me and the content of the course was useful. However as most people have already experienced remote working for several years now perhaps the course could be condensed in length and pitched more as a 'recap of remote working best practice'. Hope this is helpful.
too long, too simplistic, not relevant.
Far too long and contained too much details. The information was self-evident, and seemed to be aimed at someone who has never had a job before.
Assumes that the home worker doesn't know anything
The course is an example of stating the obvious in many cases. Most of it is common sense and I feel that much of the content is aimed at somebody new to working remotely.
Concise and relevant.

This was very patronising.

The course was fine
Some useful points, quite general but I think suitable for Barcud
Very helpful and realistic, positively showing the benefits of home working whilst also being real about the challenges. The course was holistic in its approach.
