Several lies-to-children in the test

Several of the questions have multiple right answers depending on the age of the equipment, or rely on "lies to children". For example: – Older equipment (and some imports) will have a Red live conductor. – It is "safe" to replace a blown 13A fuse with one that has a lower rating, however it is generally "inadvisable" as the lower rating fuse may blow under normal use. – 30VAC can be hazardous under some conditions, eg wet or broken skin. – AC electricity flows in both directions. It does not 'enter' the hand and 'leave' the foot. (DC voltages above 48VDC are rarely encountered)
