Very easy to understand and clear pictorally supported
1 note is that on one of the drawn slides, a plug is fitted to an output adapter block and no lead comes out of it which would not really be an accepatable set up.

Even as a mature, some would say aged man !! I still managed to learn aspects of Electical Safety that I was previously unaware of. The training was invaluable.
