This EDI training was really well-organized and full of useful insights. It didn’t just explain why creating an inclusive workplace is important—it also gave practical examples and tips that you can use right away. The content was easy to follow, and even complex ideas were made simple to understand. I now feel more confident in promoting diversity and building an environment where everyone feels respected and valued. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to get a better understanding of EDI.

Enjoyable
I enjoyed this training and finally learned the difference between equality and equity. However, I'd suggest removing the breaks as I haven't had that in any other training session and I don't think it needs it. Otherwise a fun, informative module.

A valuable course. I work in HR and the course jogged my memory on a lot of topics and provided clear explanations. Overall very relevant to my role – just disappointed I got an answer incorrect 🙂
