Good reflection
I found this course really poignant having been harassed and bullied for a long time by a colleague and the mental anguish it caused me. I also found the topics discussed are very valid at just how easily people can be affected by sometimes unintentional actions or thoughtless words. Treating each individual uniquely and holistically, is what I take from this training.

Useful overview of equality & diversity
Course gave a systematic overview of the subject although could maybe have included more examples to help tease through some of the more challenging aspects.
