A bit overly long in parts but good course overall.
Care specific too broad to be useful
The info from your non-care fire safety course is very good….(and I really rate that course)…but the care specific course has too broad an audience (hospitals, babies etc as well as care settings) so staff won't see it as relevant and messages relevant to them may well get lost. Some of the language didn't quite reflect the values we'd want to see. We have decided to use your generic course for all our staff…..although it is a shame not to have something that reflects our specific settings (and the need to support people with disabilities to evacuate if there is a fire) more.
professionally delivered and concise
This, and sister courses, are very informative and clear platforms for learning skills. I would be very happy to attend future courses if they adopt a similar form.
