Way too long
I’ve just spent the best part of a day doing all these courses. Almost 2 days for the entire amount. I’m 46, not 4. My kids get treated more like adults than we do. By all means, do these courses, but they could be halved in length. Lost the will to live doing these.

sound quality
As someone hard of hearing, It would be nice if the sound was at the same level throughout. Several sections, the sound dropped meaning I had to read the provided script. The Fireman was very quiet compared to the guy introducing the course. The course was well laid out, presentation good.
Good useful course.
The course was well put over in a very understanding way, it was good to be reminded of our responsibilities and duties. The course was informative and well scripted.
