I was concerned as this was my first time using this system and technology is not my strong point. However I found it easy to use and liked the idea that everything was repeated when required. The context was presented clearly and concisely and has given me confidence to use a fire extinguisher if ever necessary. I learnt lots of information that usually gets overlooked or is considered the norm regarding signage for example. The only thing I was unable to master was saving my certificate the session returned to the start saying the last session was "locked" ? I am also going to have to enquire as to how the certificates are stored and recorded.

The course is clear and well-presented and divided up into useful sections, but I would have found fewer & slightly longer sections easier to watch.

It was one of the best that I have done, very explanatory but very easy to follow and to learn from. Well presented by the two ladies.

I liked the fact the course was broken into manageable segments, along with a few questions along the way to refresh the memory. Very clear, understandable instructions. Feel more confident about my understanding of fires in the workplace.
