I’m a partially deaf person and find subtitles help me a great deal when watching videos I think it would help if you included this on your training videos

Enjoyed and learnt a lot from today. Now know how to use fire extinguishers and feel happier on what to do in case of a fire. Many thanks.

although the course was extremely thorough, I felt that some of the smaller slides could have been merged together shorten the number of them in the course.

Way too long; would be better to be much more concise and only the key points for teachers. The detail feels excessive.
