Excellent bite sized video tutorials
What went well: Easy to follow video tutorials. Each video has a specific point and summary, so it's easy to leave and come back to. Test at the end refers the user to the specific video if a mistake is made, and can be retaken. Even better if: Racially diverse presenters, and (for the fire safety) didn't follow gender stereotypes (the only man is demonstrating the various fire extinguishers).

great use of video content
It was good to have the training through video content. Very clear, precise and to the point.
