Great facilitation and excellent content
I quite liked the verbal approach which brings the facts alive. It is well organized and very informative with specifically detailed information on key elements of fire safety. I appreciate the care taken to put the videos together; this kept me more engaged.

Fire extinguishers good, preamble dull
Helpful detail on types of fire, types of fire extinguishers, how to use them. The focus on practical skills is very helpful. The lead up to this was painfully and unnecessarily slow – a lot of it is common sense, or theory that may not be particularly useful when faced with an urgent emergency situation. Being able to play the videos at 1.5x speed for already familiar content would have improved the course.

I personally find this online training very important, because now I have learned a lot of things that I was not aware! I also feel confident of how to deal in case of a fire . I believe that some of the information you gave during the training are very crucial and important for saving lives !
