Clear and to the point
I appreciate that the information given was relevant, clear and to the point. The visuals were helpful in identifying signage and different types of extinguishers. Having different sections allowed me flexibility in watching the videos.

Very comprehensive
The videos showing how to use the various types of equipment were helpful. The different extinguishers and equipment for use on different fires was quite confusing. Each video made sense but there are too many to really remember!

It was easy to follow this course. I found that it was possible to review the content easily…and to go back and listen again where this was useful.
easy to read, listen and understand
enjoyed this course, as i could complete this in my own time which gave me a better understanding of fires, potential hazards and risks. also gave me more understanding of how to put out a small fire if confident.
