A good comprehensive course
A good course that is compact and easily completed in one go. I feel though it is wrong to discuss smoking in the educational setting as smoking is banned in all educational sites and is someone wished to smoke they are required to leave the school premises.

It was clear and easy step by step videos.
Clearly presented and well paced
Well constructed course – very clearly narrated, easy to understand. A suitable pace. Good visuals (eg fire extinguishers + their use). There is a lot to take in – perhaps you should suggest that people take notes? or break up the test into sections? I found this particularly with the fire types – I would have liked a little more detail / time spent on this bit as it was then needed when matching fire extinguishers to fire types. However the duration of the course was about right – if it was a lot longer people might be less willing to fully engage with it.

Informative course
Fast paced course. Very informative. Slight delay in videos loading. Test at the end was generally good but did include one question which was not answered within the course. The rest of the course was helpful, especially how to use the fire extinguishers.
