Good for the most part
One bit of feedback – normally people are told to only use a fire extinguisher to aid escape rather than attempting to put fire out, this may be something to look at. Apart from that a good course

Clear and informative
I thought the structure of the course was excellent – splitting up the information into a series of short videos made it a lot less daunting and meant I was only focusing on understanding and remembering one topic at a time.
Not challenging enough
As a retired Fire Safety Officer, I thought the training was not challenging enough and rather repetitive especially the extinguisher information. Probably I am being a bit harsh as this is not aim at someone who has 30+ years in the Fire Service.
