Simple, concise and clear
The course was explained clearly using simple language in an effective way. Graphics were used when appropriate and these were also clear. A very good job.
Great for a remote refresher
A good refresher course if you have previously undertaken some hands on training using different extinguishers, however this is still a great refresher and just short of being too long.
Not impressed
It does not let you redo the test at the end. All my sections were ticked as completed but the rest was now locked.
Good informative course
Plenty of informative information to give a good understanding, and a couple of good tips to help remember things, without going into too much detail
Overview to refresh memory of training
I think that this is useful to refresh my memory of the face to face training carried out in centre.

Very informative and comprehensive.
This was a very useful course and made me more aware of the issue of fire which is not something I take seriously enough at times. The information was very helpful and I feel much more equipped to know how to react if I should ever be involved in a fire incident. Thank you.
